Located in a lovely quiet area with panoramic views across the treetops to the Bay and also to Arthurs Seat, Beauna Vista Views is only 800 meters walk to the bayside beaches and just over 1 km to the Shopping Centre of Rye and many local attractions and destinations.
There is an expansive, relaxing balcony, that is accessed straight from the large main lounge dining and kitchen area and takes in the fantastic views. Also downstairs there is a second lounge area with a handy kitchenette, dining table and lounge with TV and direct access to a private outdoor area with table and chairs.
The front entry takes you straight into the top level that includes the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. On this level is also the main bedroom with King size bed and TV, second bedroom with Trilogy bunk (double with single above) and bathroom with shower and bath.
On the lower level, there is a bedroom with Queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, a 2nd bathroom with shower and the second lounge area and kitchenette.
Both FOXTEL and WIFI are available at the house.
Quality linen, towels and beach towels are supplied for your convenience.
