Cosy Coastal Retreat is a delightful holiday house on one of the best parts of the Mornington Peninsula and ideally located only 600 metres walk to the very popular Tyrone Foreshore beaches and a lovely walk along the beach to Blairgowrie Village (25 Min's) and Rye shops (35 min's) for brunch or dinner.
With a light beachy feel, the house will be a delight for your holiday. The main living area includes a comfy and cosy lounge area, large dining room and a well equiped kitchen with everything you will need to cater for your stay.
Just off the main living area is a screened in deck where you can relax at any time without the worry of flies or mosquitos. There is also a great BBQ deck in the back yard with outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal or even have a sunny morning breakfast.
The spacious masterbedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to the outside deck area.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 and 4 both have Trilogy bunks (double with a single on top) and all bedrooms also have a pedestal fan.
The main bathroom has a bath and shower.
Plenty of parking and a lovely natural garden area.
Definitely NO SCHOOLIES and NO PARTY bookings.
