A lovely 3 bedroom Cottage with a relaxed feel, vaulted ceilings, elevated outdoor undercover deck opening off the lounge for delightful Al Fresco dining. Located in a quiet street and only a short drive the beautiful Bayside Beaches or the very popular Sorrento Village.
The House sleeps 9 in comfort in 3 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
- Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed.
- Bedroom 2 has a Trilogy bunk (Dbl with a single above)
- Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds plus a set of bunks.
The lounge has vaulted ceilings, polished floorboards, air conditioning, TV, DVD, CD and has direct access to the large North facing covered deck for all weather relaxing and serving meals straight from the kitchen (everyone loves this area). The kitchen has gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave. Downstairs is a second outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ. There is ducted heating throughout and a separate laundry with WM and dryer. The main bathroom has a shower and a bath and the second smaller bathroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin. A fantastic Sorrento holiday cottage at a great price.
Please note that bedding is supplied but you will need to bring your own sheets (top and bottom), pillowcases and towels. If you would like to organise linen at an extra fee please let us know well in advance and we can organise this with a linen supply company.
