'Cape Schanck Getaway' is the ideal seaside retreat, flanked by the picturesque fairways of RACV Golf Course and Resort, as well as National Parklands, spectacular ocean beaches and the famous Cape Schanck lighthouse overlooking Mornington Peninsula's southernmost tip. This incredible location is replete with peace and quiet away from the township summertime crowds, but is also conveniently located only a short drive to Rosebud and Rye shops, popular wineries, restaurants, and hot springs - truly the best of both worlds!

Come and enjoy a beautiful beach side holiday in this impressive home. Relax with a local wine by the fireplace, soak in the outdoor jacuzzi, recharge your self with a walk and swim along one of the most beautiful sections of Victoria's coastline, or play a round of golf on the 18-hole Championship course just through the property's rear gate! The house itself offers stylish design features such as high ceilings, French doors, and classic seaside dcor of rich timbers and neutral hues; as well as modern luxuries such as Devex underfloor heating (turns on automatically in the morning and at night) in both main bathroom and master ensuite, hydronic-heating, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen with stone-topped breakfast bench, and remote intercom front gate. The main living space has a Sonos system with immaculate sound quality, a large flat-screen TV with Chromecast, Wifi, and a great big comfy couch.

Adjacent to the main living space is a second cozy lounge room with wood fire heater and dimmer lights, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, access to the back verandah, TV and couch. The second lounge leads to the very private Master bedroom with King bed, TV, WIR, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, and French doors opening onto the rear verandah.

At the front of the house are the other two bedrooms: bedroom two has a Double bed and desk nook, while bedroom three has a Double bed. The forth bedroom is the very spacious studio at the front of the property with a Trilogy bunk (double with single above), couch, TV, desk, and reverse-cycle air-conditioner - perfect for guests who wish for extra privacy or need a quiet space to work. The main bathroom has a fantastically comfortable bath and separate shower. The house also comprises of dining area seating 6-8 people, a sheltered wrap-around verandah with a hanging chair perfect for enjoying the early morning birdsong. The verandah extends onto a deck around the fully fenced jacuzzi, and outdoor lounge setting that faces north and catches beautiful sun light. An alfresco dining area is set up on the brick-layed patio beside the house with BBQ and dinind for 6 people, and beyond in the back yard is a fire pit and sun lounges surrounded by native trees.

Plenty of parking on the property with two cars able to park in the driveway within the gate and a further 3 cars able to fit in the driveway beyond the fence. Please be advised that the remote control front gate does NOT have sensors to prevent it from closing if there is an obstruction. DO NOT park your car over the threshold at any time.
