The heart of the house is the first floor open plan living space with large fully-equipped open kitchen with lots of natural light and huge kitchen island overlooking two dining areas, and a lounge area with TV and floor to ceiling glazed doors opening onto the back yard. The rear deck has sheltered alfresco dining, BBQ, sun lounges and chairs perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning light listening to peaceful birdsong. Beyond is the enclosed back yard with lovely green lawn and native trees.
Also on the first floor is a cinema room with loads of comfy seating and large flatscreen TV with Netflix. Passed the main living area you will find two bedrooms, one with Queen bed, the other with two sets of King Single bunks; and the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and has access to the back yard. With central heating and cooling, free wifi access, all bedding, linen and towels provided, coffee pod machine and pantry stocked with all the basics this house has everything you need for a comfortable, no fuss holiday.
The very spacious Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has very comfortable Queen bed, WIR, and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Just down the hall is the fourth bedroom with another set of King Single bunks.
In an deal location in a quiet street only 3 km drive to the very popular Blairgowrie Village with all your fresh food and produce needs, cafes and boutique retail outlets, and the Rye shopping centre with populat clothing stores and supermarket. There is also a two car garage and plenty of space to park a boat.
