You will not need a car with all this practically at your doorstep. Truly the perfect spot for a relaxed family holiday. With original 70s architecture including vaulted timber ceilings in the lounge space, and a renovated kitchen at the heart of the house, this destination is perfect for the intimate group or extended family. The entry hall opens either left to the living room or right to the day lounge which both loop around through the kitchen to create the feel of intimate spaces as well as open plan living. Standing centre in the house is the Coonara fireplace offering a warm glow in the day lounge with lounge suite, large flat screen TV, DVDs and north facing sliding doors that open onto the back patio. Very cosy in Winter with ducted heating throughout the entire house. Through the open plan dining and kitchen with 6 seat dining, generous bench space for everyone to gather round during mealtime, dishwasher, double sink, lots of natural light, and induction stove top. Passed the kitchen hooks around into the L shaped living room with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling, and 2 separate lounge configurations with plenty of options for comfy seating in an intimate setting.
The bedrooms are at the far end of the house, down a carpeted hallway you will find bedroom 1 with Queen bed and ceiling fan; bedroom two with two King Single beds and ceiling fan; and the main bedroom with Queen bed, WIR, and ensuite with hand basin and toilet. The main bathroom has a shower, bath, hand basin, toiletries for your convenience, and separate toilet; and the laundry, just across the hall, has a washing machine and access to the back yard. Off the entry hall you will find the fourth bedroom tucked away, with Double bed and ceiling fan.The house is child friendly, offering a port-a-cot, bath, childrens books and toys, kids cup, plate, and bowls.
The very private, fully enclosed back yard has high fences, a pergola for shade over the patio with alfresco dining for 8, BBQ, sun umbrella, and further down the yard is a lawn area with mature grapefruit and lemon trees bursting with fruit.
This solid brick house has plenty of space for parking 2 cars on the paved driveway in the open front yard. Also available for guests to use is a lock up garage.
